Rachel and Danny planned the sweetest wedding at a venue that has historical roots dating back to its origination in 1919. Dresser Mansion was once owned by Carl and Pauline Dresser, a family who revolutionized the oil industry. The couple traveled Europe during its completion to gather 16th century decor such as tapestries, textiles and Oriental rugs. Their stunning floors are constructed from Tennessee Oak and much of the woodwork is of Circassian Walnut from King George V's private forest. I kid you not.
Secondary to the unique interior design and historical roots, this venue was where your girl also got married nearly 5 years ago! It's pretty special to me.
Moving on to the dream team that pulled off such a beautiful day for Rachel and Danny...
Rachel has a very classic sense of taste and chose a stunning beaded dress from Bridal Elegance Tulsa. Her hair was beautifully curled and styled by the fabulous Maddie Miller and Tina Conrad with jaw dropping makeup by Esthetics by Morgan. I absolutely adore the ring shots we snagged at this wedding to showcase her ring by James Allen Rings and his from Blue Nile Diamond.
And, as only necessary with an Italian venue, they chose Andolini's Pizzeria as their caterer..
Lastly, I shoot a lot of first looks with fathers and I have to say this was one of my very favorites! Look how sweet Rachel and her father are... I cried. No clue how I managed to shoot so well while sobbing...
